What to expect before you place an order. Delivery details are confirmed with you before fulfilment.
Shanghai delivery
- Standard urban Shanghai delivery is ¥50.
- Delivery is free when the merchandise subtotal is ¥500 or more.
- Most confirmed orders arrive in approximately 2–4 hours during opening hours. Traffic, distance, stock checks and hotel access can affect timing.
Hotel orders
Please provide the hotel name, full address, guest name, room number when available, and a phone or WhatsApp contact. Hotel reception rules vary; we may contact you if the courier cannot leave the parcel.
Store pickup
Pickup is available after we confirm that the items are ready. Our shop is Unit 239, second floor, 88 Lishui Road, Shanghai. We are normally open daily from 10:00 to 19:00.
International shipping
International availability, carrier, cost and estimated delivery time depend on the destination and order. We confirm these details before payment. Import taxes, customs checks and destination restrictions are controlled by local authorities and are not included unless we state otherwise in writing.
