These terms explain how website orders work. The order confirmation you receive records the final products, price and fulfilment arrangement.
Order requests and stock
Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it. When you send an order request, we check availability and contact details. An order is accepted when we confirm it or when the online payment flow confirms the order.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Chinese yuan. Shanghai delivery is calculated separately unless shown as free. International shipping and any agreed changes are confirmed before payment. Secure online payment is processed by the provider shown at checkout; eligible Shanghai orders may also use an agreed payment-on-delivery method.
Product information
Tea is an agricultural product, so leaf appearance, aroma and flavour can vary naturally by harvest and storage. Handmade teaware can vary in glaze and shape. We aim to describe products accurately and will correct material errors.
Website availability
We may update products, prices and availability. If a technical or pricing error affects an order, we will contact you before fulfilment and will not require you to continue with the affected order.
