The least processed tea there is: picked, withered, dried, nothing else. Silver Needle is all bud and tastes of melon and hay; old-tree white is fuller; and the aged cake turns darker and sweeter over the years, closer to dried fruit than to flowers. Gentle enough to drink all afternoon.
